We generally collect and use personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the user's consent. Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. If you contact us via our contact form or by e-mail, the data you transmit (name, e-mail address, telephone number, details of the cleaning property) will be processed to handle your request and to arrange suitable cleaning partners. We forward this data to suitable cleaning companies in our partner network in order to send you offers. Without your consent, no data will be passed on to third parties who are not required to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation of contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). The data will be deleted after complete processing of the request, at the latest after 6 months.
To prevent spam and abusive requests, we process certain technical data (such as your IP address at the time the request was created and a time-based token check) via our contact form. This processing is based on our legitimate interests in the security of our information technology systems and the defense against spam attacks in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The log data generated during the spam check is temporarily stored and subsequently deleted.
As part of our brokerage service, we transmit your contact details and information about the cleaning property to up to 3 suitable cleaning companies in our partner database. These companies receive only the information necessary for the preparation of an offer. The partner companies are contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially and to comply with the GDPR.
This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies, which are essential for the operation of the website. No analysis or marketing cookies are used. Consent is not required for technically necessary cookies (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
This website is hosted on servers of a German hosting provider. Processing takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
